Set Great Things in Motion

What if I told you the most powerful way to set great things in motion for any area of your life, doesn’t cost a penny? It’s not a self-help book, mail-order specialty food or a new workout routine.
>>The greatest way to put your best future into motion is to speak out faith-filled words! Like we shared yesterday in Church in our sermon “The Law of Words”, words are the most powerful thing in the Universe. Things are created by words, caused by words, controlled by words. There are no inconsequential words. Words Matter!
The Bible says we should call things that be not as though they were (Romans 4:17 KJV). We shouldn’t limit our words to just what we see…and the way things are right now. Set your sights on what God says your life can be like — and then speak that out in faith, no matter what your present circumstances look like! In (Mark 11:23) Jesus our Lord taught us the principle of the Law of Faith by saying our faith begins by speaking faith-filled words. Our words set things into motion. Our faith must move our mouths to speak out faith-filled words before they will be every strong enough to move our mountainous problems.
So, how do you do this? In each area of your life, find the Bible promises that you can tuck into your heart and then speak out in faith with your words! God’s Word never returns void — it always accomplishes what it sets out to do (Isaiah 55:11 KJV). Faith-filled words will really get great things in motion in your life!
“The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”Proverbs 18:21, NIV
Here are a couple of declaration samples…start with these if you’d like and then build your own as you dig into what the Bible says about what God has for you!
For students (or parents – you can pray this over your children!):
“This year will be my best year yet! As I go to school I am full of joy, life, love and boldness. I have the mind of Christ. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I am a leader for God’s kingdom every day. I am anointed to learn, make friends and be the best student I can be. God is with me, He is for me and He is on my side. I am successful, prospering and blessed. I will be a world changer in my school, on my sports teams and in my group of friends. This year is going to be my best year ever! Amen.”
For anyone:
“Because I am a believer in Jesus Christ and build my life on God’s Word, I make this declaration: I am the head and not the tail, above and not beneath. I am full of faith, full of God’s wisdom and full of limitless potential and infinite possibilities. Every day I walk in God’s favor and lean on God’s amazing grace in every area of life. I am more than a conqueror and can do ALL things through Christ Who strengthens me — because the joy of the Lord is my strength. So by faith, I declare my body is healthy, my mind is sharp, my spirit is strong, and I am blessed to be a blessing. I declare 2019 is my best year yet! And, 2020 will be filled with MORE and PLENTY – breakthroughs, miracles, blessings, abundance, victory, triumph and supernatural increase. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.”
Say This and Pray This Out Loud: “Father, thank You for all of the promises You’ve given to me in the Bible and for the incredible and amazing abundant life You have in mind for me. Help me Dear Father, to learn Your promises and speak them out in faith — regardless of what my current circumstances are like. Help me Lord God, boldly and confidently proclaim and decree your powerful Word over my life, my family, my body, my relationship and my finances to set Your plan and perfect will in motion in all aspects of my life. I know that as I speak faith-filled words in line with Your Word, great things are being put into motion and my best days are ahead! In Jesus’ Name. Amen.”
